-How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on the product it will appear on the payment screen! We make all orders from scratch so some take longer than others!

It will take about 4 to 6 working days for you to receive it if you live in Europe or close to Spain.

It will take about 8 to 10 days for you to receive it if you live in U.S.A. or Canada.

If you live in Spain it will take only 2 to 3 days for you to receive it.

-What countries do we ship to?

We ship to all countries on all six continents.

-Customs?

You may be asked for an additional payment to receive your order if the delivery address of your order is outside of the EU.

We hate these charges as much as you do and they’re controlled by your government - if we ever find a way around you having to pay them, we’ll let you know...but until then, your government won’t let us collect or pay them on your behalf.

Please don’t refuse an order if you run into these fees - we won’t be able to refund the cost of shipping it back to us, or the original cost, and we hate doing that!

-What are your products made of?

Most of them (like frames and accessories) are made of Polyactic Acid (PLA), it is a biodegradble material and environment friendly. 

Also they are handpainted.

As of the bottles, they are made of Aluminum or Stainless Steel and laser engraved! Which means they are dishwasher safe!

-Do you make your own products?

Yes! We make our own products, some of them are handpainted or laser engraved.

And they need to pass or quality standards before shipping.

-Can i make a custom order?

Of course, we will be more than happy to help you get something even more unique done!
