📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

Each piece we send is made with care — many are prepared upon request and hand-finished. Once your order is confirmed via email, our standard production time is 2–5 business days.

After that, shipping time varies by region:

  • Spain: 2–3 business days

  • Europe: 4–6 business days

  • USA & Canada: 8–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way. Please remember: production time + shipping time = total time to receive your order.

🧭 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to all countries across six continents — even the dark corners of the world.

🕯️ Who is responsible for tracking and receiving the order?

Once the package leaves our hands, it becomes your responsibility to follow the tracking and ensure delivery.

If a parcel is returned because the delivery attempt failed or the customer didn’t retrieve it, we cannot issue a refund for shipping costs or remake the order.
Please track your shipment and contact your local carrier if needed — your order wants to reach you.

💀 What about customs and import taxes?

If you live outside the EU, you may be asked to pay customs or import fees.
We do not collect or control these charges — they are imposed by your country’s government.

Please do not refuse your package due to customs. If it’s returned to us, we cannot refund the shipping costs or the order itself. We wish we could — but the shadows have rules.

🖤 What are your products made of?

Most of our pieces (frames, wall art, accessories) are crafted from biodegradable PLA, an eco-conscious material made from plants — strong, lightweight, and better for the earth.

Each item is 3D printed, hand-sanded and painted, giving it an artisanal finish.

Bottles and drinkware are engraved aluminum or stainless steel — dishwasher safe and built to last.

✨ Do you make your own products?

Yes. Every item is made by us in our studio — from digital sculpting to printing, painting, and packaging.
No dropshipping. No mass production. Just dark design with intention.
