Each piece is handmade or hand-finished in our studio, and most items are crafted after the order is placed.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain: 2–3 business days

  • Europe: 4–6 business days

  • USA & Canada: 8–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

🧭 Customs & Import Taxes

For orders outside the European Union, your country may charge customs fees or import taxes. These are not collected or controlled by us.

We cannot be held responsible for these charges β€” they are set by your government and must be paid by the recipient.

Please do not refuse the parcel due to these fees. If your order is returned, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping cost or the product.


πŸ•―οΈ Responsibility for Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to track the order and ensure someone is available to receive it.

If the package is returned to us due to:

  • Failure to collect the item

  • Refusal at delivery

  • Incorrect address

We will not be able to refund the shipping or resend the product for free.
Please keep an eye on your tracking and make sure delivery is possible.


πŸ”„ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • Packaged safely for return shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the refund (excluding shipping costs).

Custom-made, personalized, or hand-painted items are not eligible for returns.
These are made especially for you, and we cannot restock them.
